    Unlike the bland veggie burger you’ve come to know, this bright, flavorful patty will knock your spicy socks off!
    Serves 2
    • ½ 15-ounce can organic, no-salt-added chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and mashed
    • 2 tablespoons grated carrots
    • ¼ onion, minced
    • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
    • ½ teaspoon paprika
    • ½ teaspoon cumin powder

    • 1 scoop or packet vanilla Perfect Fit protein powder
    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • ½ cup crushed walnuts
