    whole watermelon
    1 lime with peel
    1 inch fresh ginger
    Wash the watermelon rind well, then slice the watermelon into pieces suitable for your high-powered juicer. Put each ingredient one at a time through the mouth of the juicer. Serve in martini glasses as a cocktail anytime. Sure beats a Bloody Mary for Sunday brunch!

    1 medium or large beet
    1 cucumber
    10 medium-sized carrots
    1 inch fresh ginger (optional)
    Put each ingredient one at a time through the mouth of a high-powered juicer. Pour the juice into a large glass and enjoy!
