Written by Robert Leslie Bellem under the Anthony Gordon penname, this is one of at least two adult novels which he wrote. While a little more explicit than his spicy work, it is still very tame compared to today's standards. It is a love story of Janie and Gil, and of all the troubles which come from Janie attempting to lead Gil to the best job available for his talents (packaging). When I first began reading it, I was dubious as to its quality and the story content, but being a Bellem novel, it turned out to be a good read.
