Rachel Schultz is an author, podcast host, and dessert activist. A few of her favorite things are cake, Nutella, bubble baths, The Lord of the Rings, the smell of coffee, her husband, going to church, books, chocolate-covered pretzels, yogurt-covered pretzels, basically anything-covered pretzels, and cake again.
