Sierra Simone is USA Today bestselling author known for her emotional and erotic prose. Her novels also have been published in Czech, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, and Romanian.
Before becoming a writer, she worked as a librarian for several years. “For a long time, I planned to be a theologian. Somehow I ended up writing erotic romance instead…”, says the novelist.
She likes to break taboos in her books. Some scenes, such as sex on the altar, can be shocking, but they also attract readers. Her most notable works include “Priest”, “American Queen”, and “Misadventures of a Curvy Girl”.
Sierra Simone co-writes books with other authors. She cowrote two steamy standalones with New York Times bestselling author Laurelin Paige. She's currently cowriting a dirty holiday series of standalones with Julie Murphy.
Sierra is a passionate reader of all things including young adult, non-fiction, and everything by Bill Bryson and Kennedy Ryan.
She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, two children, two giant dogs and two cats.
