Dr. Bernard Wilkin (1982) was born in Liège (Belgium), to a family of historians. He grew up in Belgium before moving to the United Kingdom in 2010. There, he completed a PhD at the University of Sheffield before embarking on a career in academia. He is currently Lecturer at the University of Exeter.
