Alan Millard

Happily retired, Alan Millard lives in a flat on the seafront and spends his time walking, writing, reading and tinkling on the piano. He enjoys inventing stories for his grandsons when they’re out walking together. But more than anything he likes to sit gazing out to sea on misty days listening to the demented wailing of ship’s foghorns and imagining weird events he could turn into stories.
