    I knew the importance of sleep but never took it seriously. Being a dad of young kids and dedicated to filmmaking, some times becomes a hard work, no time for naps or long nights. I think that after listening to this book I will try to go back to the right path, after all, it's all about becoming more productive.

    This book is very essential as it addresses the topic of SLEEP which is an important aspect of livelihood.     Sleep is very important endeed! I have ensomia so their are days where I have difficulty sleeping and I dont wand to depend on sleeping pills as well. I always feel irratated whenever I am lack of sleep which affect my daily routine.

    i never took sleep deprivation seriously, because i thought as long as i can have longer sleep the next day, it will fill everything 😑 but this audio book enlightens me, very informative.
