This ‘Stop Smoking’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who are 95% ready to stop smoking. If you are 50% ready, or just thinking about quitting or have any doubts about stopping then this session is not for you. We can only assist those that are committed and want to stop. Smoking is a habit – an oral habit, and likely one that you may have been doing for years and years. But the good news is that habits can be broken as easily as they are created. One of the ways to do that is to make you consciously aware of your smoking in order to help you break the habit once and for all. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways so have the ability to feel strong, be more in control and determined to become a non smoker.
