Sharen Baylor Scott is a retired teacher, born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She married and moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1975, where she raised her two children. Sharen worked for private agencies as well as the Chicago Public Schools Head Start programs, as a teacher, parent educator, and coach for more than 25 years. Ms. Scott presently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
